When you place an inquiry with Pier Fun Casinos we will advise you on the optimum number of tables for your event based on the number of guests that will be attending. Our guidelines on table numbers ensure that all the tables will be busy throughout your event, with opportunities for all your guests to play. Our friendly staff can also offer advice on how a Pier Fun Casino would best fit into your event so that you receive the ultimate casino experience.

Upon booking, a casino manager if required will arrange a time to meet with you at the venue to discuss table locations and to answer any queries you may have. If this isn’t possible a casino manager will visit the venue alone to identify table locations in consultation with the venue staff. In order to add that personal touch all fun money is personalised to contain a message and a picture of your choice.

At most fun casinos, set up time is approximately one hour before you wish your casino to begin. However, if your casino is a surprise or if it simply isn’t possible to set up an hour before the scheduled casino start we can arrange for the casino set up in the hours before your event begins. Set up time is dependent on the number of tables that you require, however a 2 to 3 table casino usually takes 20 minutes to prepare. Playing time lasts for 2 hours and this can be split up to accommodate a buffet or other event or it can run continuously. This aspect of your casino is decided when you meet your casino manager.

Prior to the start of your Pier Fun Casino either our croupiers or yourself will distribute your personalised fun money to your guests. It is this fun money that can be exchanged for chips at the tables. The aim of a fun casino is undeniably simple; the guest who has accumulated the most fun money wins a bottle of bubbly supplied as part of your casino.

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. Luckily, the only thing easier than setting up your Pier Fun Casino is taking it apart. Our staff have become experts at removing your casino tables without causing any disturbances to you and your guests. Removing your Pier Fun Casino should take no longer than 15 minutes leaving your and your guests to enjoy the rest of your evening.
